This tasty Christmas log dessert was the coup de grace that resulted in the food-induced coma I will shortly succumb to. But before I go, here’s an image to show you just how tasty it was.

I’ve been trying to figure out how this whole cooking business works. Most of my attempts are failures, this one wasn’t too bad. It looks good, and it tastes pretty good too. Just a bit of cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper, with a whole bunch of veggies, chicken and potatoes, thrown together in a frying pan with some ee-vee-oh-oh.
